For PFT (pulmonary function test)
* You may continue to use nasal spraysAVOID the following 8 hours prior: Proventil, Ventolin, Maxair, Atrovent, Xopenex and albuterol AVOID 12 hours prior: Serevent, Advair, Foradil & Symbicort AVOID 24 hours prior: Spiriva Bring your Albuterol (Proventil or Ventolin) with for PFT (except Asteline) and decongestants. * Wear a short sleeved shirt for skin test * No fever in last 24-48 hours * If you have a fever or asthma related symptoms, call prior to appointment * Remember: 24 hours notice to cancel appointment |
